| ABOUT THE COLLECTION | |
| Acquisition: | The bulk of the collection was donated by Professor Walsh in June of 2009 under accession number 2009.020; however, one folder was donated in 2008 under accession number 2008.048. |
| Accruals: | Additional accruals are likely. There will likely be few materials relating to conferences hosted or attended by Dr. Walsh, if any. On the chance that any materials of this nature do come in, it may be best to expand Series 3 (CHEIRON 14) to include a broader variety of conference-related materials. |
| Processing information: | The collection was processed by Brooke Bergantzel, Archives Intern, in 2009. Some duplicate records were discarded, and photocopies onto acid-free paper were made of newspaper articles. A video recording of the 1994 Commencement Ceremony was removed from the collection, due to availability elsewhere in the archive; Dr. Walsh read the names of graduates that year. |
