| Acquisition: | Most of the items in this collection were originally found within the Newport vertical file collection, RLC.Ms.035, which had been gathered by the Redwood Library over a period of many years making their provenance unknown. |

| Processing information: | This collection was processed by volunteer Rob Ostrander in 2013, who separated all ephemera from the Newport vertical file collection, RLC.Ms.035 to form this new collection. Series arrangement and box numbers used here are the similar to the Newport vertical file to facilitate browsing by patrons. Each box in this collection has its own record in the Library’s online catalog and the barcodes for such can sometimes be found on the inside cover of the box. |
