Folder 1 | Arrested in alleged abortion ring raid in Los Angeles, California Contents Note: Description pasted on back of photograph: "Investigator Chief Walter Anderson of the state board of Medical Examiners leads May Ramsey, also known as "Doc" and "Ma," from her establishment after her arrest in widespread raids against what officials call "California's biggest abortion ring." Four law enforcement agencies took part in the raid on four establishments in which 19 persons were seized." |
