Poetry Mission records (MS.2012.001)

The records for the Poetry Mission include correspondence, minutes, financial records, publicity records, and original poetry sent as submissions from poets all around the northeastern region of the United States.

Of note are the records and submissions collected and used for the 1994 publication of the poetry anthology called A Glass of Green Tea – With Honig in honor of Rhode Island poet Edwin Honig.

Also of note is an essay by Indu Suryanarayan called "The Northeast Journal: a Portrait of a Small Magazine" which provides a first-hand history of the journal and the individuals involved with its publication.
