Harris Ephemera (MS.2016.008)

The Harris Ephemera Collection is a facet of The Harris Collection of American Poetry and Plays. The Harris Ephemera Collection contains a variety of mixed materials pertaining to poetry and play press and publishers. The ephemera was collected over a span of 30 years by former Harris Curator Rosemary Cullen, and represents items spanning from 1902-2013 (bulk 1960-2013). The types of material in the collection include catalogues, pamphlets, papers, booklets, and flyers. The bulk of the collection is in English with some materials in French, Italian, German, and Spanish. The ephemera in the collection contains brief writings or poems, detailed information about various authors or publishers, publication dates and locations, subscription forms, as well as some correspondence and press releases.
