Laura Hersh Salganik papers (OF.1ZP.2022.001)

This collection contains one "Big Sister" letter and one "Junior Counselor" letter to Laura Hersh Salganik in 1966 prior to her arrival at Brown University. These letters were typically sent by upper-class students to incoming students to help them make connections and prepare for life at Brown. Also included are Salganik's 2023 reflections on the letters. Salganik graduated from Brown in 1970 with a degree in psychology.
