Biographical Note

Anthony "Tony" Lancaster was born on June 25, 1938 in England. He received a B.A. in Economics at Liverpool University in 1959, a Ph.D. in Economics/Econometrics in 1965 from St. Catharine's College. In 1986, he was appointed professor of economics at Brown University.
