Scope & content
Organized by academic year and arranged alphabetically by student, the files may include project abstracts or thesis statements, CV's, reports, examples of a student's class work, and publications. Slides dominate the collection. Other media used by the students include negatives, VHS, CDs, floppies, and zip disks. Computer media were created on the Macintosh platform. Most files from the 1990s contain a CV, a degree project abstract, and a collection of slides illustrating the student's work produced during his/her academic career. Files after 2004 contain only a CD or DVD. Though organized by the year, the date does not necessarily represent a student's graduation year.
The Archives maintains a searchable database containing the student's name, date, title of degree project (if any), existence of a written statement, slides, and other media, and the number of slides.
There are 27,355 slides in the collection from 1974 to 2002.
