Custodial history: The collection was given to either Richard Lobban or Traudi Coli prior to 1989.
Processing information: The collection was arranged and described by Special Collections staff prior to 2010, with a revision to the description completed by Special Collections staff in 2010. The collection was further described by Special Collections intern Kevin Eian Bennett in 2025 under the supervision of Digital Archivist and Special Collections Librarian Veronica L. Denison.
