Book plates removed from "Life and Letters of John Winthrop" 2nd edition (MSS-0115)

The collection contains book plates from the second edition of Life and Letters of John Winthrop, From His Embarkation for New England in 1630, With the Charter and Company of the Massachusetts Bay, to His Death in 1649 by Robert Charles Winthrop, published in 1869. These pages were removed from the binding prior to arriving at Rhode Island College’s Special Collections.
