ABOUT THE COLLECTION  
Acquisition: The book was unbound and pages removed, likely by Adams Library staff, in April 1980.
Custodial history: The original bound book was cataloged and in the main library holdings of the Rhode Island Normal School. It was likely transferred to Rhode Island College Special Collections prior to 1980, based on stamps in the book.
Processing information: The collection was described by Special Collections intern, Melissa Moniz, in 2023 under the supervision of Digital Archivist and Special Collections Librarian, Veronica L. Denison.
