Series 2. Vestry Meeting Minutes
This series contains minutes from the monthly meetings of the Vestry of St. George's Church. Most of the minutes include a treasurer's report that summarizes the church's budget. The earlier files also include correspondence letters concerning church issues, elections, endowments and resignations. The meeting minutes accurately represent the history of the church from when the Zion Church was founded in 1833 to when St. George's merged with St. Mary's in 2007.

Series 3. Parish Reports
This series contain various reports that remain separate from the Vestry Meeting Minutes. These reports include the annual parochial report to the Episcopal Diocese of Rhode Island, reports from the annual all-parish meeting, and meeting minutes from different committees and parish clubs such as the Gregorians, the Women's Auxillary and the 20/30 club.

Series 6. Registers
This series contains several church registers used to identify and keep track of active and inactive parish members, guests to Sunday Church Services and members who have been married, baptized and confirmed in the Episcopal Church. St. George's methods of keeping these records have changed over time. The earliest documentation is in the record books, then later in the 1920s, the parish switched to using a card system where on each card, the individual parish member or family was written along with their personal information, preferred method of contact, and baptismal, confirmation, and marriage history.

The individual, alphabetized registers are grouped together and are placed in alphabetical and/or chronological order. The oversized registry cards and books are listed as they are ordered within each box.
