| Acquisition: | It is not known when the records were acquired by the University Archives. |
| Processing information: | The records were processed in October 2007 by David Sherman. The phonograph records had been stored in brittle paper sleeves, and had dirt and some inactive mold on the discs. The discs were cleaned using RCA D4+ record cleaning solution, and were re-housed in polyethylene sleeves. |
