| Acquisition: | The Music Department office files were transferred to the University Archives in July 2003. The papers of Mary Langdon were given to Special Collections in a second donation in June 2005. |
| Custodial history: | Custodial HistoryThe sheet music, as well as some of the Joseph Conte and Ussachevsky materials, had been kept in the Music Resource Center for the use of students before being donated to the Library. |
