This album is bound in brown cloth with half calf. The spine is missing, the front board and rear boards are detached, and many pages are loose. Inside the front cover is pasted a bookplate with a coat of arms, and printed below "D'Oremieulx". The first page is quite badly foxed, but the rest are clear although some are faded and browned. The quality of the albumen photographs is very good, and many have an attribution in ink under the image that reads "taken by" G.N.W (George N. Warren), F. R. Newbold or Samuel R. Plath. They date from1883 to 1888 and include images of single yachts, races, numerous images of guests onboard, and at least one of crew. The last half of the book is blank.
