The Elms Collection (PSNCA.H.004)

The Elms Collection is comprised of photographs of various branches of the Berwind family and staff members related to The Elms, as well as of the interior and exterior of the house and extensive grounds. Also included are materials related to the 1962 sale of the home and auction of its contents, as well as correspondence relating to the running of The Elms and its adjacent properties. The objects date from circa 1807-1990, and formats include photographs, albums, postcards, diascopes, film, correspondence, and other documents.
